In the year 1893, our grandmother (‘Farmor’ in Swedish) Tilda started baking bread in her home and selling it at the Town Square to supplement the family income. She and her husband had fifteen children of which eight learned the baking trade. Now we, her grandchildren, are carrying on that rich heritage of baking.
